CONCEPT STAGE
The initial sketch design stage begins with a meeting to explore ideas then site analysis is carried out. The overall design intent is identified.
This is when the design starts to take shape and we start to resolve layouts, explore details and materials. We encourage a feasibility design review at this stage with the advice of a builder or cost consultant.
PLANNING APPROVAL
As part of the pre-design stage, we identify if your project requires a planning permit and what constraints or overlays may be imposed on your property. We prepare a set of planning application drawings and a written report for lodgement to the relevant council and engage consultants where required.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
This is the detailed part where we produce technical drawings that describe the design to the builder for quoting & construction, the drawings are submitted to the building surveyor for a Building Permit. We produce a full set of documents coordinated with all the necessary consultants. We also offer kitchen, bathroom and joinery design and can assist you in the selection of finishes, fittings and fixtures.

CONSTRUCTION STAGE SERVICES
We provide contract administration and on-site services by liaising with you and the builder throughout the construction stage.
